Certificate

Like Designer's Identity #1, this program can also grant you a certificate when exiting. The title on the certificate is yours to choose. The requirements to receive a certificate are these:

• Go through our offered program: attend at least one War Room and miss no more than one Interactive Workshop and one Development Assessment per year.
• Find 3 relevant external experts willing to endorse your title on the certificate.
• Not being a respective member of the community could result in not getting a certificate.

Once you are ready to leave the nest, you can exit the program, request the certificate and - shortly after - will no longer be an 'apprentice’. Our aim is to welcome the alumni directly in our coach team.
